Many people come to Devon and Exmoor to see the ponies out on the moorland, but obviously visitors are not able to get really close to the ponies. Pony Picnics provides the perfect experience for those who would like to get up close and personal with the ponies...whether they've had any experiences with equines before or not...and there's no worrying about falling off! All of our ponies were once wild and scared of people...and now they help people who sometimes feel scared of horses and ponies.

Anna also writes about our special courses where people can learn about equine communication, behaviour and body language, as well as horse handling and equine problem solving. More information about our courses can be found at www.understandinghorses.co.uk

Success for "Pony Picnics" pony Frodo

On Sunday, Frodo went to the rescue horse and dog show, held in aid of "The Brooke" charity, at National Trust property Knightshayes Court in Tiverton.
